What you will do
* Manage cases involving children under Child in Need, child protection, pre-proceedings, and care proceedings frameworks.
* Conduct thorough assessments, and create comprehensive care and safety plans.
* Build strong, empathetic relationships with children and their families to ensure positive and timely permanence planning.
* Collaborate with a team of six social workers, including advanced practitioners and a supportive team manager.
