Job Opportunity: Finance Admin Support
SF is currently recruiting for an experienced finance administrator to support on a 6-month basis.
Location: Due to location, you will need to be able to drive or be willing to take a taxi.
Salary: £26,000 - £26,500 per annum
Job Description / Tasks
1. Process store price changes
2. Serve as the primary contact for store purchasing inquiries and orders
3. Research and select vendors based on price, quality, and delivery
4. Benchmark pricing and terms to secure the best deals
5. Communicate with suppliers and key stakeholders
6. Maintain pricing documentation for approval
7. Reconcile discrepancies between invoices and purchase orders
Skills Required
* Interest in business, supply chain management, or related fields
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office; training provided for other systems
* Strong numerical, analytical, communication, influencing, and negotiation skills
* Ability to work independently or as part of a team
* Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills
* Self-starter with the ability to work independently
