We're looking for a dynamic Workplace Experience Coordinator to be based in our Bristol office, supporting our Workplace Experience Manager as a role model of Dojo, creating a world-class environment that enables our teams to thrive. This role is a crucial part of the engine that keeps our business moving at pace. You’ll be the first person our people and partners see, and you’ll set the tone for a best-in-class experience every day. What you will do Be the welcoming face of Dojo. You’ll be based from our Bristol office 5 days per week, as one of our front-of-house experts, greeting everyone who comes through our doors with a friendly, professional, and high-energy attitude. Master the day-to-day operation. You'll assist with the day-to-day running of the office, ensuring all meeting rooms and office spaces are tidy and well-organised, as well as making sure all facilities are in working order. Lead on the little things. You'll take ownership of our supplies, from ensuring our kitchens are stocked to managing stationery and health & safety equipment, as well as assisting with planning for social events. Support a high-performing team. You’ll work closely with the rest of the Workplace Experience team, providing proactive administrative and operational support. Get your hands dirty with our culture. You'll play a central role in our internal social events, from networking and cultural celebrations to clubs and more, helping to build the vibrant, engaging culture that makes Dojo special. What you will bring A relentless focus on service. You have experience in a similar role, such as Front of House, Office Management or Receptionist. Pace, energy, and dynamism.
