As a full-time, permanent Admissions and Discharge Co-ordinator based at our Platters Farm Lodge home in Rainham, Kent you will manage the administration and discharge procedures and documentation of guests into or out of the home. This role is being offered as 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday: 08:00 - 17:00) with a salary of £27,000 per annum. As Admissions & Discharge Co-ordinator, you will: enter guest information into the computer system, creating an initial care summary, risk assessment and in-depth care plan greet guests on arrival and book them onto the service assist guests with transporting or transferring them to their rooms during the meet and greet have regular contact with the guests during the whole time they are with us ensuring that all elements of the guest experience is positive ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory and best practice guidelines, making sure all risks are managed and issues identified and reported in a proactive manner.
