What you’ll do:
As a Cross border and sales specialist within the Evri Premium Sales function you will be responsible for developing International new business opportunities both individually and across the Sales Teams as well as enhancing product knowledge and expertise across the organisation.
Key Role Responsibilities:
* Driving the end-to-end sales pipeline with urgency, ensuring all active opportunities have a defined path to closure with a 6–10 week timeframe.
* Inspiring enthusiasm across the sales teams for International opportunities, fostering a positive mindset that embraces the challenge and drives proactive engagement.
* Supporting Sales Management in driving the required pace within their teams, ensuring pipelines are on track in both the number and size of opportunities.
* Enhancing product knowledge across the sales teams to correctly meet the needs and expectations of all potential clients.
* Identifying proposition gaps that lead to lost opportunities and collaborate with the carrier management team to continuously enhance and refine the international product offering.
* Pinpointing internal challenges impacting time to go-live and drive solutions that accelerate implementation, enabling faster client onboarding and exceeding customer expectations.
* Working closely with international customer services to ensure the right level of aftercare is in place to support clients post go-live.
* Monitoring the performance of new clients to ensure they trade to profile
* Participating in companywide projects where required.

What We’re Looking For:
* Highly experienced International selling/account management background
* Knowledge of selling to the International B2B/C cross-border sector
* Confident in selling to board level
* Proven track record of selling internationally
* Have an excellent level of insight into the market and customer needs and the drivers of customer experience
* The ability to respond and work at pace on a variety of projects
* Outgoing/ engaging and confident individual
* Excellent written and communication skills
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Pro-active individual with ability to self-manage
* Strong team player keen to work across departments and develop clear recommendations using multiple data sources
* Willing to question and critically evaluate current ways of working
* Microsoft Office package
