This role is integral to maintaining the estate's functionality and safety, ensuring military personnel can train effectively.As a Team Leader, you will manage a team of Training Area Operatives, with a specific focus on leading the Range Towers Team.These towers play a critical role in live firing exercises, overseeing the safety and operation of range targetry systems while providing a workspace for both Landmarc staff and visiting troops.We are looking for an individual with experience working on the Defence Training Estate or leading a high-performing team in a rural or operational environment.Shifts run between: Monday to Friday 07:30 - 17:30Hours of work:39 per weekAnnual Allowances: £1,127.50 Radar AllowanceContract:PermanentLocation: Lulworth Ranges, Lulworth, Wareham, Dorset, BH20 5QF*Please note that all interview-related correspondence will be sent via email.
