Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook and present food to the correct specification
- Operate kitchen workstations, including grills, fryers, microwaves and more
- Work as a team to keep to time and quality targets
- Follow food hygiene and allergen, as well as health and safety, standards
- Clean as you go, including full kitchen clean‑downs
- Rotate stock and store food safely
- Complete required induction, role‑specific and ongoing refresher training and contribute to continuous improvement
