Prospero Teaching are currently seeking an experienced SEN Teacher to work within our client Primary school based in Portsmouth.

As an SEN Teacher, you'll be at the heart of an inclusive, supportive school community where every child is valued. Your role will be to:
* Deliver engaging, tailored lessons that bring learning to life for students with diverse needs.
* Create a safe, positive space that encourages confidence, independence, and curiosity.
* Work closely with parents, carers, and specialists to ensure every child gets the support they need.
* Adapt and innovate your teaching strategies, making learning accessible and fun.
* Celebrate every milestone-big or small-because progress looks different for every child.
Position Details:
* Location: Portsmouth
* Role: SEN Teacher
* Start Date: September 2025
* Contract Type: Permanent
* Hours: Full time (08:00 AM - 16:00 PM, may vary)
* Pay Rate: From 162.31 per day
What We're Looking For:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* A big heart, patience, and passion for SEN teaching
* Experience supporting children with autism, ADHD, or other learning needs (desirable but not essential)
* A commitment to ongoing professional development
* The ability to turn challenges into opportunities for growth
Eligibility Requirements:

* An enhanced child barred list DBS certificate (or be willing to apply for one)
* References upon request
* Up-to-date Safeguarding Training (or willingness to complete training)
