We are currently hiring for an exciting opportunity for Multi Trade carpenter in the Kensington area. The work will be in the facilities and Environmental sector.
Responsibilities-
Carrying out repairs and maintenance work on social housing
Collaborate with other trades to ensure comprehensive service delivery in environmental and facilities services.
Always adhere to health and safety regulations and guidelines.
Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.
Skills required
NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in carpentry
Proven experience in carpentry and multi-trade environments.
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Valid UK driving license

Please be aware the hourly pay rate for this role is £25.50 Ltd (PAYE equivalent £21.88 inclusive of holiday).
