We’re a creative agency focusing on gaming and entertainment industries. We produce videos, websites, marketing and brand assets, and other creative work for some of the world’s biggest gaming brands.

WHAT’S THE JOB?
We need someone to bring structure and clarity to our creative processes. A seasoned Creative Operations Director familiar with studio workflows, ready to roll up their sleeves and get involved.
This senior role involves ensuring projects run smoothly, on time, and within budget, while maintaining team well-being.
You’ll manage resources, refine workflows, oversee budgets, and collaborate with leadership to steer company growth. You’ll be hands-on, managing daily operations, updating timelines, and coordinating freelancers.
You’ll also liaise with clients on timelines, scopes, and approvals, and maintain a network of reliable partners.
This is a unique chance to influence our operational practices and contribute to our growth.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Manage daily and strategic operational health of the studio.
* Develop and implement efficient systems, workflows, and tools.
* Oversee resource planning, utilization, and capacity forecasting.
* Build and optimize delivery pipelines from briefing to project wrap-up.
PROJECT & ACCOUNT OVERSIGHT
* Maintain an overview of all projects, ensuring scope, timelines, and budgets are met.
* Act as a senior escalation point and problem solver.
* Collaborate with clients and creative leads to deliver excellent work.
CLIENT & STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT
* Lead delivery for key clients.
* Support proposals, including cost estimates and scope statements.
* Ensure transparent communication around delivery and resourcing.
* Align client expectations with creative capacity.
* Manage onboarding of new clients.
TEAM & CULTURE
* Foster a culture of ownership and collaboration.
* Assist in attracting top talent, both freelance and full-time.
COMMERCIAL & STRATEGIC INPUT
* Monitor studio performance metrics.
* Work with founders on business planning and growth strategies.
* Support pitches with operational insights.
