Job Description What you'll be doing: Team Leadership & Compliance Oversight Act as an escalation point for complex screening cases. Approve EAORs, extension requests, and reemployment documents. Ensure team compliance with internal procedures and BS7858 standards. Monitor team KPIs and assist with audits and inspections. Maintain strict confidentiality and champion GDPR practices. Coordinate team and support project-based work (e.g. work experience programs). Screening Administration Manage a personal caseload of screening files. Conduct 5-year screening checks for new hires and TUPE transfers. Perform financial and basic disclosure checks as applicable. Accurately record all screening data across internal systems (PASS, Timegate, PDC, SDL, RightCheck). Ensure full compliance with recruitment documentation and right-to-work requirements.
