The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Account Executive who is passionate about marketing and eager to grow within a fast-paced agency environment. You will ideally have some experience in digital marketing, whether from a previous agency, in-house role, internship or self-directed learning, and a keen interest in client relationship management.
You will be organised, detail-oriented and able to juggle multiple projects. You will enjoy working in a collaborative environment, communicating confidently with internal teams and supporting the successful delivery of marketing campaigns. Most importantly, you will be ready to learn, contribute and grow.
How We Work
We operate a hybrid working model. This allows you to split your working week with two days in the office and three days working remotely, depending on your preferences and workload.
The Role
As an Account Executive, you will support Senior Account Managers in managing a portfolio of client accounts, helping to deliver effective marketing strategies and campaigns. You will assist with communication, coordination, reporting and delivery tasks across a range of digital marketing services.
Working closely with Senior Account Managers and the wider delivery team, you will help ensure that projects are delivered on time, to spec and to a high standard. From creating presentations and reports to coordinating tasks and reviewing creative assets, this is a varied role offering fantastic exposure and development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
·Support Senior Account Managers in the day-to-day management of client accounts
·Assist in creating campaign plans, timelines, briefs and internal task allocations
·Help prepare reports and presentations for client meetings and performance reviews
·Coordinate with in-house specialists such as SEO, PPC and creative teams to keep delivery on track
·Monitor and update project management tools such as Asana to ensure team alignment
·Perform quality checks on deliverables to ensure accuracy and alignment with client goals
·Attend client meetings and take notes or actions where required
·Assist with researching and compiling insights to inform strategy
·Analyse campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager
·Maintain excellent communication with internal teams to support effective collaboration

·Experience with tools such as Asana, Google Analytics, ahrefs or Meta Business Suite
·Exposure to digital marketing services like SEO, paid media or content creation
·Excellent attention to detail and written communication skills
·A willingness to take initiative and proactively solve problems
