The Role Manage day-to-day operations and ensure safe, high-quality care. Lead staff, support training, and maintain effective communication. Oversee care planning, assessments, safeguarding and quality monitoring. Manage incidents, complaints and improvement actions. Ensure full compliance with RQIA, GDPR and Health & Safety. Work flexibly and take part in the on call rota when required.
