The ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following competences: Responsibility Experience of generating outbound communication across multiple channels including phone, email and online networking platforms. Experience of working in a telesales or call centre environment. Proven success in a telesales role and proven to exceed targets. Proven ability to prioritise a busy and varied workload. Experience of B2B sales is an advantage. Able to demonstrate flexibility to achieve KPIs and targets. Strong communication skills are essential. Good IT skills Word, Excel, Outlook etc. Diligent with excellent attention to detail. Able to stay calm under pressure. Self-starting and highly motivated. Ability to work well autonomously and as part of a team. Essential Ability to use own initiative and abide by processes and procedures.
