Summer-Browning Associates is currently supporting our client in the Central Government, who is seeking a Workforce Planning Manager for an initial 3-month assignment with an option to extend.
Location: Hybrid working - Glasgow / London
Essential Skills: The ideal candidate will have a proven background in Workforce Planning, along with the following skills and experience:
Extensive experience in developing and implementing workforce planning strategies.
Experience in HR activities, building and developing organisational growth, capability, and culture.
Experience in business planning processes and alignment with strategic objectives.
Experience in coaching and people development
Experience of working within a Public Sector/Central Government IT Service Environment
Professional Qualifications CIPD qualification - desired
