Your role As Individual Giving and Legacy Officer, you’ll play a key part in delivering multi-channel fundraising campaigns and developing supporter journeys that are meaningful, engaging, and impactful. You’ll work across both individual giving and legacy fundraising, helping them grow income and deepen connections with their community. You’ll be responsible for: • Delivering legacy campaigns across email, print, and social media to inspire future gifts. • Running individual giving campaigns across regular giving, in-memory donations, lottery, cash appeals, and their online shop. • Creating and refining stewardship journeys across digital, print, and phone to ensure supporters feel valued and connected. About you • You’ll bring experience in fundraising and a good understanding of individual giving and/or legacy fundraising. You’ll be confident working across different channels and managing multiple projects with strong organisational skills. They’re looking for someone who: • Has experience supporting fundraising campaigns via direct mail, email, telemarketing, or social media. • Is highly organised and able to manage competing priorities and deadlines. • Is passionate about making a difference and eager to grow within a supportive team.
