Work base: Venue Cymru

Do you have good IT skills and the ability to learn to use our systems / tills? Are you a friendly team player, capable of offering great customer service to the public?

Would you enjoy being part of a buzzing atmosphere hosting the latest gigs, shows and events?

Venue Cymru is the region's largest entertainment and events venue so as a Customer Services Assistant you would find yourself working both in our busy box office helping our patrons purchasing tickets for our shows or booking a table in our restaurant, as well as at reception welcoming our many conference and event delegates.

The role will mainly be based at Venue Cymru but there will be a requirement on occasions to work at Theatr Colwyn, Colwyn Bay which is a vibrant 400 seat venue facilitating a busy programme of both film shows and live productions.

You will work on an annualised hours contract, working an average of 20 hours a week arranged on a shift rota basis and includes weekend, evening and bank holiday working.
