This Sales Lead role sits at the intersection of technology, sustainability, and commercial execution. The business uses AI-led software (supported by hardware) to help customers operate more efficiently, reduce waste, and improve margins, delivering both commercial and environmental impact.
They are looking for an experienced Account Executive or equivalent who is sales-first, deeply process-driven, and comfortable running value-based business conversations at director and owner level. This is not a transactional sales role, this person must be able to translate complex technology into clear, commercial outcomes.

* Based within commutable distance of Manchester (2–3 days per week)
Package
* £80–90k base salary
* £50k uncapped OTE
* Equity opportunity after year one
