Assistant Head of Southwark Music Service
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced music educator to help shape the future of a prestige Service based in the heart of London where legacies are made within the community we serve. The successful applicant will support the Head of Service in both the strategic leadership and day-to-day operations of the Music Service. The postholder will require commitment, drive and ambition to achieve high expectations and standards, making a real impact on the children and young people we work with.

We are seeking to appoint an experienced music education professional with excellent organisational skills who is energetic, resilient, a tactful team player and team builder. You will have a commitment to embedding equity, diversity and inclusion across our work, proven business acumen and up to date knowledge of national policy and strategies for music education.
