A Head Sommelier is required for this fine dining restaurant within a luxurious hotel located within the beautiful setting of the Channel Islands.
This role requires candidates to have a valid UK work visa or settled status – no sponsorship is provided.
The hotel offers an award-winning fine dining restaurant offering the highest levels of both cuisine and customer service in beautiful surroundings.
For this role it is essential that you have worked as a Sommelier within a senior level within a luxury hotel or higher level restaurant.

As Head Sommelier you will:
* Be a passionate wine professional and your role will involve providing a courteous and efficient service to all guests and maintaining the levels of service to the highest standards
* Be responsible for helping and developing the wine service in the whole restaurant
* Be offeringa full wine service to guests and therefore you will have a thorough knowledge of all menu and wine list offerings and have the ability to advise each guest on certain wines and offer food and wine combinations
* Manage a team of more junior sommeliers
