To work under the supervision of the Operations Director and alongside the Projects Team, and as Project Manager for Multiroom projects, etc., with the following responsibilities.
Brief Job Role:
* Work alongside the relevant Sales Team leader for the project.
* Making revisions / amendments to the schedule and uploading data for production status.
* Obtaining costs for raw material and liaising with suppliers to meet our demands.
* Issuing materials requisitions to the procurement team leader and assisting with purchasing as required.
* Updating production schedules includes all up-to-date costings.
* Liaising with site teams for call-off requirements and any delivery restrictions, and reporting to the Dispatch team leader (Doorsets).
* Raising internal production files for the manufacturer and handing them over to the Production Manager.
* Raising the necessary picking and delivery paperwork as required.
* Compiling and updating a contract statement throughout the duration of the project.
* Handle site variations / late design changes.
* Updating the production planner with live projects.
* Final checking Doorset estimators' schedule prior to issuing to Rep for sending to check spec compliance.
* Attend weekly production meeting & lockdown meeting.
