To work under the supervision of the Operations Director and alongside the Projects Team, and as Project Manager for Multiroom projects, etc., with the following responsibilities. Brief Job Role: Work alongside the relevant Sales Team leader for the project. Making revisions / amendments to the schedule and uploading data for production status. Obtaining costs for raw material and liaising with suppliers to meet our demands. Issuing materials requisitions to the procurement team leader and assisting with purchasing as required. Updating production schedules includes all up-to-date costings. Liaising with site teams for call-off requirements and any delivery restrictions, and reporting to the Dispatch team leader (Doorsets). Raising internal production files for the manufacturer and handing them over to the Production Manager. Raising the necessary picking and delivery paperwork as required. Compiling and updating a contract statement throughout the duration of the project. Handle site variations / late design changes. Updating the production planner with live projects. Final checking Doorset estimators' schedule prior to issuing to Rep for sending to check spec compliance. Attend weekly production meeting & lockdown meeting.
