Here4YOUth (part of the Cranstoun Group) is seeking talented and experienced individuals to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity.

Here4YOUth: Worcestershire offers a range of services for individuals affected by drugs and alcohol. Our compassionate team works closely with service users and their families to facilitate change and recovery. We combine proven expertise with innovative approaches, involving those we help in shaping our services.
You will manage a caseload of both complex young people and their families. Using a trauma-informed approach, you will provide specialist assessments, care planning, and interventions related to drugs and alcohol use. You will deliver evidence-based psychosocial and educational brief interventions, adopting a whole-family approach to parental substance misuse across Worcestershire. When needed, you will support clinical interventions, including prescribing, drug screening, and physical health assessments.
The core service hours are Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm, with additional hours on some days from 8am – 9am and 5pm – 8pm, on a rota basis.
