Role & Responsibilities:
As Service Manager you will lead the service operations. This pivotal role involves managing a team of field-based service engineers and office-based administrative staff, ensuring the smooth delivery of maintenance, compliance, and customer service.
Lead and manage a team of service engineers and office-based admin staff
Coordinate service schedules, planned maintenance, and emergency call-outs
Oversee customer service delivery and ensure timely resolution of issues
Monitor KPIs, service performance, and client satisfaction
Manage internal workflows, documentation, and reporting systems
Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training initiatives
Maintain accurate records of service contracts, SLAs, and compliance documentation
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
Previous experience working in a Service Manager role
Background with service and sales
Ideally have worked within a facilities, M&E or fire alarm systems background
Strong people management skills
