Ecolab is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Operative to support our warehouse operations based in Llantrisant. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the accurate and timely dispatch of customer orders and the smooth flow of goods through our facility. How You’ll Make an Impact: Assist in the preparation and dispatch of customer orders in accordance with company procedures Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against shipping documentation, identifying and reporting any damage or discrepancies Accurately pick, pack, and prepare goods for shipment, ensuring alignment with order specifications and documentation Perform general warehouse duties to support the overall efficiency and cleanliness of the warehouse environment Key Responsibilities: Receiving and Inspection incoming goods, verifying against shipping documents, and identifying any damages or discrepancies. Collaborating with other warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations and effective communication. Adhering to safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and reporting any hazards or malfunctions. Operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to move and store materials. Maintaining accurate inventory records, conducting cycle counts, and assisting with stocktakes. Picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Transporting materials between warehouse and manufacturing using Ecolab vehicles (LWB Transit) Properly storing items in designated areas, ensuring efficient space utilization and accessibility. Qualifications: Basic computer skills for operating warehouse management systems and tracking inventory Physical Stamina: The ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
