My client is seeking a Production Manager based in Fareham, Hampshire to take ownership of site production, leading a skilled team in delivering high-quality, efficient output.
You’ll oversee all production activity to ensure projects are delivered on time, to specification, and in line with business goals. Drive continuous improvement across manufacturing processes, foster collaboration with Engineering teams, and support new product introductions from prototype through to production.
