This role is contracted for 46 hours per week, consisting of four 12-hour shifts. 7pm to 7am (Nights), working 4 days within a 7-day period.
Duties of the role include:
* Providing a safe and crime-free environment for all clients, visitors, and staff.
* Liaising closely with the Head of Security regarding all issues and department operations.
* Maintaining accurate stock control and security equipment maintenance.
* Conducting and supervising crime investigations with the Head of Security.
* Deputising in the absence of the Head of Security.
* Liaising with police on crime prevention and related issues.
* Carrying out regular patrols around the hotel using the Morse Watchman system.
* Performing staff, vehicle, and locker searches.
* Carrying out outdoor duties as required.
* Attending to reported incidents and completing incident reports.
* Ensuring compliance with bomb/fire evacuation procedures.
* Operating and controlling CCTV systems according to legislation.
* Conducting internal crime and discipline investigations with the Head of Security.
* Following procedures related to drugs, recording, disposal, police involvement, and guest interactions.

* Experience in Hospitality Security
* Confident in handling various situations
