After a successful period of growth, Fenn Wright are looking to grow our commercial offering in South Essex with the addition of a Commercial Assistant to the well established Commercial Agency team based in the area.
Typical day to day work will be conducting viewings, meeting with clients, pitching for property instructions, preparing sales/lettings particulars and general administrative duties. The successful candidate will hold a full clean driving licence, ideally with some practical experience, although not essential. The position offers an exposure to a wide variety of work types and for the right candidate we will consider supporting a route towards becoming a Chartered Surveyor- via distance learning degree.
This role is 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm. The successful candidate would be based between offices in South Essex.

The candidate will be encouraged to develop other areas of their expertise which interest them. These might include Landlord & Tenant negotiations (Rent Review and Lease Renewal), Valuation, Development consultancy.
