Job Overview
A globally recognized high-volume manufacturer is currently looking to strengthen their Maintenance department with the appointment of a Facilities Engineer.
As a Facilities Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining facilities equipment and managing contractors who supply and service this equipment.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintenance of Door Access and Barrier Systems
* Maintenance of CCTV systems
* Maintenance of Fire Alarm Systems
* Manage site security
* Maintenance of Boilers
* Maintenance of Welfare facilities and changing rooms
* Maintenance of HV/LV supply equipment
* Maintenance of Cooling Towers and Chillers
* Maintenance of Water Treatment Equipment
* Maintenance of Waste Water Treatment Plant
* Maintenance of Compressors
* Maintenance of Lighting and Emergency Lighting
* Maintenance of Site drainage systems
* Manage contractors providing services for these systems, including cleaning contractors
* Maintain building fabric
* Maintain Air Conditioning and air handling Systems
Health & Safety
Promote the company's HSE policies across the department and plant, adhering to all health, safety, and environmental requirements.
