Dove & Hawk are working alongside a successful multi branch high end independent estate agent who are looking to recruit a Lettings Manager to oversee their two offices in Fulham and Parsons Green. This will suit an experienced Lettings Manager who is heavily experienced in valuations, winning new business and is looking to join a company which can offer career progression and longevity.
Duties/Functions of the role:
Identifying business opportunities and create self-generated appointments.
Conducting quality Market Appraisals and win instructions in line with the company standard conversion rate.
Arranging, organising and conducting viewings and letting properties.
Managing and maintaining an accurate applicant database.
Maintaining regular contact with Landlords and applicants and noting all correspondence and communications.
Facilitating a let through to move in.
Assisting with business generation.
Various ad-hoc administration office duties.
Maintaining goodwill, establishing trust and building long lasting relationships with clients.
Requirements of the role:
4 years minimum experience in lettings
A strong track record of winning new business instructions
A full and clean driving licence
Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
Salary Budgets: £30,000 - £40,000 basic salary, £75,000 - £100,000 OTE + car allowance
Required working hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am - 6.30pm, alternate Saturdays 9am - 4pm
