You will be responsible for:
* Setting and operating advanced cut & crease machines to produce bespoke and high-quality packaging
* Conducting routine maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure optimal machine performance
* Performing quality checks at various stages of production to maintain product standards
* Following all quality systems, procedures, and health & safety within the department
* Collaborating with the production team to achieve targets and maintain a clean and organised work area
Key attributes required:
* Proven experience as a Cut & Crease Operator
* Understanding of health and safety practices in a manufacturing setting
* The ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate clearly
* Ability to accurately interpret job specifications and technical drawings
