Senior Quantity Surveyor - Tier 1 Contractor
Senior Quantity Surveyor - a Top 10 contractor is searching for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team working on the MoD framework. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on major design and build projects ranging from £5m to £60m.

The initial projects are working on local RAF bases under the MoD framework which consist of new build and refurbishment projects with a pipeline of work in the region valued at £400m+.
They are also partners on several frameworks including, MOJ, P22 / P23+. Department for Education (DfE) and as such have a pipeline of £3bn over the next 5 years and a full order book for 2026 and into 2028.
Salary & Package:
- Great basic salary of £62,500 - £75,000
