What Youll Do
Working closely with our Head of Customer Services, youll be a trusted guide for our business clients, helping them navigate our user-friendly platform with ease. By building strong relationships and conducting regular check-ins, youll ensure our clients feel supported and confident.
1. Providing timely, friendly support via CRM, phone, and email, answering questions about platform features, workflows, and configurations.
2. Delivering short, engaging training sessions for Hiring Managers and HR teams to boost their confidence.
3. Building trusted relationships through regular check-ins, offering guidance on recruitment best practices to enhance client success.
4. Collaborating with Product and Development teams via Asana to share client feedback, helping shape future platform improvements.
