Other key duties include: Bank Reconciliations – assist with the daily reconciliations and reporting. Petty Cash – assist with the reconciliation and reporting of petty cash issued to staff. Expense reports – assist with reconciliation of expense reports. Foreign Labour – assist with the posting, control and reporting of foreign labour costs. Sales Invoicing – assist with sales invoicing and updating of reporting of credit control. Labour allocation – assist with the allocation and reporting of labour costs, and investigation into variances. Mobile Phone Analysis – assist with the analysis and reporting of mobile phone costs. IT Equipment Control – assist with tagging and control of IT equipment. Purchase Ledger – assist with the processing of supplier invoices and reconciliation of supplier statements. General clerical duties e.g.- filing, typing, photocopying Receptionist duties Assist in other functions within MJM Marine as the need arises.
