What it’s like being a private dentist at Rodericks Dental Partners
At Rodericks Dental Partners there are opportunities for developing clinical skills in a safe and patient focused environment. Clinicians are given autonomy and clinical freedom. Administrative matters are managed to allow clinicians to focus on delivering high-quality dentistry.
There are training opportunities and discounted CPD courses (e.g., implant and restorative PG Cert/Diploma). Clinicians have access to a wide range of equipment and materials, with additional materials easily requested. Good support staff include hygienists, therapists, treatment care coordinators and nurses with additional qualifications (radiography, impression taking, implant training).
What we offer and how you’ll grow
We emphasise genuine career progression with a culture of promoting from within. Our career development programmes and CPD support continuous growth. We have the investment, strategy, people and a national footprint to support your ambitions. Very experienced leaders and a team dedicated to dentistry form the foundation of our practice.
You’ll be supported by a clinical team that includes Orthodontists, Endodontists, Periodontists, and Implantologists. Regular meetings with your Practice Manager and a dedicated clinical team help you stay on track with revenue targets and the operational management of the practice. This is an opportunity to join an experienced and growing business with a shared aim to help you succeed in community dentistry.
Culture and rewards
We operate a ‘Win-together’ rewards approach with a rewarding pay structure and incentives that recognise individual and team performance. We support life outside of work and offer flexibility to help with childcare and other commitments. Our aim is to create an environment where people thrive, succeed, grow and win together.
Community focus and impact
Everyone is empowered to increase access to care locally. Practices have the freedom to serve their local communities and promote oral health through local education. You’ll help patients understand their treatment options and role-model excellence within the team.
