Yard Operative
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
⚠️ Important: Due to the site location and lack of public transport, candidates must have their own transport. This is an essential requirement for the role.
About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Yard Operative to join our clients team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in yard and logistics operations, with full training provided.
Key Responsibilities
1. Assisting with general yard operations and housekeeping
2. Loading and unloading materials safely and efficiently
3. Organising stock and keeping the yard clean and tidy
4. Supporting vehicle movements within the yard
5. Following health & safety procedures at all times
6. Working closely with supervisors and team members
7. Learning site processes and developing operational skills

11. Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
12. Physically fit and comfortable with manual tasks
