The Private Secretary will provide high-level administrative and organisational support within a arts and culture not-for-profit environment. This role is based in London and offers a temporary opportunity to work in a rewarding sector. Client Details The organisation is a respected not-for-profit entity operating within the cultural and heritage sector. It is one of London's most famous organisations, known for its impactful work and commitment to preserving history and culture. Description Manage written material, managing correspondence and working with the in-house events team Provide comprehensive diary management and travel coordination. Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and briefing documents. Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Coordinate administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Support the preparation of reports and presentations as required. Ensure all correspondence is managed in a timely and accurate manner.Profile A successful Private Secretary should have: Previous experience in a senior support PA/secretarial role, ideally within the not-for-profit sector. Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. A professional and adaptable approach to working with senior leadership. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.Job Offer An hourly rate of approximately £19.00 to £22.00, depending on experience.
