Trainee Phlebotomist

Hours
* 40 hours per week
* 4 x 10-hour shifts per week (rota-based) on a 4-day pattern across Monday to Sunday; travel time not included
* Shifts between 6am and 10pm
* Rota released 3 weeks in advance
* Base salary of £27,783 per year (OTE up to £42,000 pa with commission, expenses and overtime on top) plus standard company benefits
Responsibilities
* Work across multiple clinic venues within the region, maintaining high-quality standards
* Plan routes and travel to allocated venues, meeting customers and delivering health assessments
* Greet customers, set up kit, and conduct assessments including packages chosen by customers
* Perform health assessments (e.g., PAD, ECG, Phlebotomy (upon qualification), Lung Function, Body Composition, and short fitness tests) and advise on appropriate next steps when relevant
* Update and maintain relevant administration records
* Ensure no results or lifestyle advice are relayed post-assessment

Requirements
To join our team, you will be required to have:
* A Full UK License and access to your own vehicle to transport kit to venues (standard sized car required) and space to store kit at home
* Ability to work any days between Monday and Sunday and any times between 6am and 10pm on a rota basis (6am–4pm, 8am–6pm, 1pm–10pm)
* Proficiency with computers/laptops/phones/tablets
* Clear DBS (processed on your behalf)
* Ability to travel up to 2 hours from home location and occasional overnight stays
* Be within the appropriate distance to the regional role
* Attend Milton Keynes head office for first 2 weeks of training (Monday–Friday, stay in Milton Keynes)
* Willingness to learn and take on new skills
* Note: satisfactory enhanced criminal records check required (covered by us)
