Responsibilities
:
1. Conduct financial analysis, includingpany valuations, DCF modeling, andparablepany analysis.
2. Assist in the preparation of pitch books, offering memoranda, and other client presentations.
3. Perform due diligence, including review of financial statements, market data, and industry trends.
4. Support senior bankers in deal execution, including transaction structuring and negotiation.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, accounting, and other external advisors.
6. Stay informed of market developments and industry trends to provide valuable insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
7. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred.
8. 3-5 years of prior experience a leading Investment Bank or advisory boutique.
9. Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and Excel.
10. Excellentmunication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulateplex ideas clearly and concisely.
11. Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
12. Team player with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
