Job Description:
This role involves supporting the business on people lifecycle activities related to performance, talent, and reward. You will guide and coach managers on employee relations, including performance issues, absence management, investigations, and disciplinary cases. Working alongside Senior People Advisers and People Advisory Managers, you will contribute to implementing the company's people strategy and initiatives. The role offers opportunities for professional growth and skill development.
Minimum requirements:
* Experience in a generalist HR role working with large client groups
* Supportive experience in employee relations activities
* Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and presentation
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Examples of supporting managers with impactful initiatives
Preferred but not essential skills include experience in large organizations, collaboration in service line structures, delivery of inclusion and diversity initiatives, and ownership of people processes like salary reviews and talent management.
