The Role
We’re seeking a proactive Helpdesk Administrator to support our Residential team. You’ll coordinate maintenance requests, schedule engineers, and ensure clear, timely communication with residents and contractors in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Log and manage jobs via MiQ
* Assign engineers and track job progress
* Liaise with residents, contractors, and site teams
* Prepare quotations and maintain FM records
* Produce weekly reports and escalate delays
About You
* Experience in helpdesk or maintenance coordination
* Confident using FM/CRM systems (MiQ, Yardi, or similar)
* Highly organised, detail-focused, and customer-driven
* Calm under pressure with a collaborative approach
