You’ll be the go-to person for all things technical and strategic. From mentoring a high-performing team to building strong client relationships, you’ll lead the charge on large, complex projects. Plus, you’ll get to shape a thriving consultancy, working on exciting projects across various sectors.
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
Guiding and mentoring an experienced ecology team like a pro.
Delivering top-notch technical advice while keeping projects on track and on budget.
Thinking outside the box to solve problems and add value for clients.
Building strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and industry contacts.
Juggling strategy, recruitment, project delivery, and growth like a multitasking champ.
Your Skills & Experience:
We’re looking for an experienced and ambitious leader who loves what they do. You’ll be someone with:
8+ years of experience in ecology, ideally as an Associate or Technical Lead.
Solid knowledge of UK ecological legislation and protected species (GCN and bat licenses? Even better!).
A track record of managing big projects and building happy, high-performing teams.
Skills in strategic thinking, problem-solving, and project delivery.
A full CIEEM membership and a clean driver’s license are a big plus!
