As a Liquidity Methodology Implementation (LMI) - US Reporting AVP, your responsibility will be to review the interpretation of non-metric regulatory reports and methodologies related to liquidity reports, ensuring proper governance for any required implementation.
You will perform periodic reviews of system implementations of Barclays' interpretation of regulations, support the Regulatory Policy team on new regulatory changes or reviews of existing interpretations, and assess the impact of regulatory rule changes on existing methodologies, while maintaining documentation of methodologies used across regulatory liquidity reports.
Provide SME support to various projects within Liquidity BoW, focusing on methodologies, regulatory rules, and interpretation. Build an effective control environment by fostering a culture where colleagues understand and follow the bank's risk management framework.
To be considered for this role, you should have previous experience in liquidity risk reporting, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to summarize and present high-quality data. Prior experience with regulatory interpretations is advantageous.

To develop business capabilities for Finance through stages of functional design, data management, end-to-end process development, controls, delivery, and testing.
Accountabilities
1. Functional Design: Support options analysis and recommendations in collaboration with Line SMEs, leveraging best practices for decision-making.
2. Data Analysis/Modeling/Governance: Design conceptual data models and establish governance in line with GDMS standards.
3. End-to-End Process & Controls: Develop target process and control designs, operational runbooks, and align these with organizational structures.
4. Delivery/Implementation Support: Update requirements throughout development, resolve related issues, and manage change projects with limited technology investments.
5. Functional Testing: Create scripts and data for testing process alignment before user testing cycles.
