For the right candidate, the role may also include ongoing support to learners, including marking, feedback, and academic guidance.This is a **part-time, remote, and flexible** position—ideal for a professional looking to contribute to online education programmes alongside other commitments.**About the Role**The initial focus will be on:* Creating structured, high-quality written and visual learning materials for online delivery* Developing worked examples, problem sets, and digital activities that support self-paced learning* Ensuring content is academically sound, well-organised, and accessible to learners studying independently* Assessing student work and providing feedback* Providing remote student support.**Subject Matter You'll be Confident in**You will be confident in providing student support (no lectures required, but marking and one to one remote tutorial support) in the following subject matter:* Health and Social Care at Levels 3, 4 and 5**What We're Looking For*** A degree in Health & Social Care or similar* Assessor and/or Teaching Qualifications* Experience teaching / tutoring in an academic setting* **Excellent IT literacy is essential**—you must be confident with digital document creation, collaborative cloud tools (e.g. Google Workspace or Office 365), and using online learning platforms* Strong communication and writing skills* Independent working style and ability to meet deadlines remotely**Desirable Attributes*** Experience designing or delivering online or distance learning* Industry experience in health & social care* Familiarity with qualification frameworks at levels 3–5We are a dynamic and forward-thinking online institution dedicated to innovation in remote and accessible education.
