This role will see you manage your own caseload and support a busy team on a broad range of matters, including:
* Executry and trust administration (including high-value and taxable estates)
* Asset protection and capital gains tax mitigation
* Guardianship administration
* Drafting wills and powers of attorney
* Regular client contact (individuals, executors, trustees and institutions)
* Working closely with solicitors, partners, tax and trust specialists
What we are looking for:
1. Previous experience working in a private client or family law team
2. Confident managing a busy caseload and working to tight deadlines
3. Excellent client care skills, with a high level of discretion and professionalism
