* Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with clinical operations teams to understand trial requirements and develop procurement strategies.
* Identify and evaluate potential vendors, negotiate contracts, and manage relationships to ensure optimal pricing and service levels.
* Coordinate the procurement process, including issuing requests for proposals (RFPs), evaluating responses, and selecting vendors.
* Monitor vendor performance, resolve issues, and implement improvements as needed.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies throughout the procurement process.
* Maintain accurate documentation and records of procurement activities
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
* experience in clinical procurement or supply chain management, preferably in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry.
* Strong understanding of clinical trial processes and regulations (e.g., GCP, ICH).
* Proven track record of successful vendor management and contract negotiation.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with procurement software/systems is
