Salary: £50,000 - 60,000 per year Requirements:
* A degree in IT related subject.
* A minimum of 5 years' experience, with at least 2 years involving management of people.
Responsibilities:
* I will lead, motivate, and inspire the IT department and the wider business by developing and delivering an IT strategy that fosters innovation and enables the business to operate more efficiently through effective use of existing and emerging Business Technology and Infrastructure.
* I am accountable for the successful provision of all IT services, whether delivered internally or externally, as required by our business operations.
* I will ensure that the day-to-day delivery of technical solutions across the business is optimized, ensuring that Kura remains the Outsource Partner of Choice.
* I will manage and maintain the Kura Infrastructure environment in collaboration with our in-house resources and third-party suppliers.
* I will oversee the Kura desktop estate and deliver operational enablement using in-house resources.
* I will manage security alerts and provide a robust, proactive level of service for all stakeholders.
* I will improve the overall Kura Infrastructure estate as defined by strategic parameters, emphasizing consolidation, efficiency, and capability enablement.
* I will manage and maintain the Kura systems architecture and infrastructure, both physical and virtual, by establishing procedures and policies for daily administration, proactive monitoring, and providing high-level (third-line) support on network, server, and internet devices and systems.
* I will establish strong partnerships with key client contacts to devise ongoing technical strategies.
