This role is crucial in upholding our reputation for world-class service and ensuring an exceptional experience for every guest.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee all daily operations of the restaurant, shish lounge, and live music venue.
* Lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
* Ensure the highest standards of food quality, service, and customer satisFaction.
* Manage inventory, stock control, and ordering to maintain optimal efficiency and profitability.
* Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and guest experience.
* Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.
* Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant environment, adhering to all health, safety, and licensing regulations.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events and special offers.
* Have a Team Leader spirit, experienced in creating rotas.
* Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and identify opportunities for revenue growth.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a management role within the hospitality sector, ideally in a restaurant, lounge, or entertainment venue.
* Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to inspire and develop staff.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
* A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable experiences.
* Knowledge of food and beverage operations, inventory management, and financial reporting.
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business.
