We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Conveyancer to join our clients residential conveyancing team across three offices, while managing your own varied caseload. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional with proven supervisory experience to play a key role in the ongoing growth and success of our firm with future planning to become a Partner within the Firm. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership: Oversee and support a team of Conveyancers across three branches, ensuring high-quality service delivery. Conduct regular team meetings, staff appraisals, and supervision sessions. Caseload Management: Manage your own caseload involving all aspects of residential conveyancing, maintaining excellent client care and efficiency. Risk, Compliance & Reporting: Report directly to the Members on matters relating to risk management, compliance, and departmental performance. Training & Development: Assist with training new and existing staff, ensuring departmental compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Business Development & Networking: Maintain and build strong relationships with local estate agents and other referral partners, actively supporting the growth of the department.
