Non-Executive Chair
We are partnering with a high-growth, technology-enabled platform that is redefining access and engagement within a large, fragmented global market.
Following strong commercial growth and international traction across the UK, Europe, and the US, the business is seeking to appoint a Non-Executive Chair.
The Role
This is a pivotal board appointment, working closely with the Founder/CEO to support the company’s next phase of scale.
Key priorities include:
• Building and maturing governance structures
• Supporting internationalisation strategy
• Advising on organisational design and board effectiveness
• Providing strategic counsel and constructive challenge
• Supporting investor and stakeholder confidence
This is a high-touch Chair role with an expected commitment of approximately four days per month.
The Candidate
We are seeking an experienced board leader who brings:
* Chair / NED experience within scaling or venture-backed businesses
* Strong governance and commercial acumen
* Experience supporting international growth
* Understanding of digital platform / marketplace models
* A direct, pragmatic, and collaborative leadership style
* Sector experience in technology, marketplaces, media, entertainment, or consumer platforms will be advantageous but is not essential.
