1. Monitor for attacks, intrusions, and unusual, unauthorized or illegal activity.
2. Create and execute strategies to secure and protect networks and data resources.
3. Plan computer and network security upgrades and test related hardware and software.
4. Use advanced analytic tools like SentinelOne to identify emerging threats and vulnerabilities.
5. Manage technical problems related to applications and production equipment.
6. Address intrusions using expertise in computer forensics.
7. Engage in ethical hacking, such as simulating security breaches.
8. Monitor workflows and network traffic to anticipate future issues.
9. Monitor identity and access management, including permissions abuse.
10. Act as an escalation point for analysts.
11. Conduct incident response and analysis.
12. Perform real-time network analysis.
13. Utilise SIEM tools effectively.
14. Preferably have experience with SentinelOne Complete.
15. Have strong knowledge of vulnerability management technologies.
